  • Blue soy wax water layer, scented with Ocean Breeze
  • Light blue whipped soy-coconut wax topping- Scented with ocean breeze and sculpted to represent waves.
  • Three cotton wicks- for even burn.

The candle is finished with handcrafted wax toppers, including: (these may not burn)
