2. Product information- Our candles are handcrafted in small batches, and slight variations may occur. We do our best to represent each product accurately, but scent, strength, color, and appearance may vary due to natural materials. 
3. Order fulfillment- Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please allow up to 5-7 days for processing before shipment. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our hands. 
4. Return and Refunds- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged. See our Refund Policy for full details. 
5. Pricing and Availability- Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are offered as limited editions unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to discontinue or update listings at any time. 
6. Customer Conduct- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for abusive, fraudulent, or disrespectful behavior. This is a space of light, respect, and intention.
