Shipping policy

Every order is hand-poured, packaged with intention, and shipped from our studio with care. We currently ship within the United States using USPS, and real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Free US shipping on orders over $50.00

Processing time- All candles are made in small batches or to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. 

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Flame Elegance is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once USPS marks them as delivered.

Damaged Items

If your candle arrives damaged, please email

hello@flameelegancecandles.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
