Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each candle is carefully crafted, hand-poured, and lovingly packaged to ensure a beautiful experience from our studio to your home.

If you item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess and make it right.
