Candle Care & Safety Guide

To ensure the best experience with your Flame Elegance candle, please read and follow these safety and care instructions carefully. Your safety matters- and so does the longevity of your candle's beauty and burn.

Burning Instructions

First burn: Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface the first time you light it- this helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn in the future.

Burn time limit- Never burn your candle for more than 2 to 3 hours at a time.

Wick care- Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each use to prevent excessive flame height, soot, and flickering.

Extinguishing: Use a candle snuffer to avoid wax splatter. Do not blow the candle out.

Relighting- Let the wax solidify and the glass cool before relighting.

Safety Guidelines-

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from flammable objects, drafts, ceiling fans, and pets.

Do not move the candle while it is burning or while the wax is still liquid.

Stop use when the 1/4 inch of wax remains to prevent overheating the vessel.

Do not use water to extinguish a candle.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Enhancing your candle experience.

For wood wicks: if the flame becomes too low, gently tap off any excess char and relight.

For optimal aroma- burn in a room free from drafts and keep doors closed for concentrated fragrance.
