There was a time in my life when everything felt heavy. Not just physically-but emotionally, energetically... deeply.
Like so many women, I found myself pouring into everyone else while slowly losing pieces of myself. I was holding space, showing up, pushing through- but inside, I knew something had to change.
I didn't just need rest.
I needed healing.
And healing didn't come all at once. It came in small, quiet moments... the kind you almost miss if you're not paying attention.
A deep breath.
A still room.
A single flame flickering in the dark.
That flame became everything.
As a women's health nurse practitioner, I've always been passionate about helping women feel better in their bodies. But the deeper I went into my own healing journey, the more I started to question something most people don't think twice about.
What are we actually surrounding ourselves with every day?

So many of them are filled with hidden toxins- paraffin wax (a petroleum byproduct), phthalates, synthetic fragrances, aerosols.
Things we breathe in.
Things we absorb.

And it didn't sit right with me.
How could I help women heal.... or live a healthy lifestyle while the very environment we live in is working against us?

I didn't just want to create something beautiful.
I wanted to create something safe. Something intentional. Something that actually supports your well-being instead of compromising it.
Every product I create is rooted in that mission.
